SAATCA Accredited  ISO22000:2005 Lead Auditor Training Course 

My objective for attending the ISO 22000:2005 Lead Auditor training was to sharpen my skill as a food safety auditor. This was aimed at improving my performance as the person responsible for planning and coordinating food safety audits in my organisation.

The training was conducted in a very professional manner by a seasoned trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The training material was detailed and easy to comprehend. The assignments and case studies were really thought provoking, role playing real-life practically training in performing an audit.

Following the training I have been able to apply the knowledge and skills gained during review of our HACCP in our business and in managing our internal audits
