Food Integrity Africa was established from the idea of three friends. all graduates of Food Science and Technology and experienced Quality Managers, shared on improving the quality and food safety of the food we eat in our country.​

The relaxed manner that Food Business Owners and Persons-in-Charge were taking regarding food quality and safety became the motivator to resolve the problem.

We have been achieving our goal by promoting the adoption of international standards.  We are competent in the following:

• Codex Alimentarius HACCP.

• International Organisation of Standardisation ISO 9001, 22000.

• Brand Recognition Global Compliance Standards BRCGS.

• Global Food Safety Initiative Standards FSSC 22000, Global GAP, Global Markets Programme.

We also scanned the horizon and saw that the food business in Africa could be grown across regional and international borders if they can meet the internationally agreed sanitary and phytosanitary requirements at the World Trade Organisation and the Food and Agriculture Organisation.
